Golf Lawyer - Waiver / LiabilityEmployment Contract

The significance a contractual waiver from individuals utilizing the golf course and its related facilities is only truly noticeable when disaster has strucken and someone has been injured or killed, or something adverse has happend to someone's property. Waivers therefore should be sought from those individuals who intend to be actively engaged at your golf course,  given that there is always the potential for legal liability (and lawsuits) when people are engaged in physical activity on another' property and there is substantial money sitting behind that property owner (the golf club).

Contractual arrangements play a pivotal role in the operation of a golf course and the club house, especially when problems arise, such that the parties to the agreement need to rely upon the legal terms and conditions of the particular contract to resolve the matter. It is for that reason that the legal contract that is in place needs to be correct contract and appropriately address those issues, both known and unknown, that will most likely impact the business of your golf club and position it to best move forward. For that reason, it is important that in all phases of the contract you have the appropriate legal representation, from contract review to negotiation and drafting, and when required the enforcement of the particular contract and should the situation arise, court litigation or alternate modes of dispute resolution, with the intent of legally and conclusive resolving any contention emanating from a contract or business situation.
